Events
Corporate, Family Reunions, Graduations, Parties, etc.
We will do most events for a flat fee of $100.00 an hour, (minimum two hours), this will be with DSLR cameras and Drone, (if applicable).
I can also offer merging video and still photos into one program that would play on computer or DVD players, (additional fees apply).
Expenses
Up to 70 miles travel is included in pricing (35 miles each way) anything over 35 miles there is a $1.00 mile expense added. For shoots that are over 100 miles one way please ask for quote, as it may entail having to lodge overnight.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER.... Please have residence photo shoot ready.
My photography shoot schedule does not allow for time to move items from room to room during the shoot, nor can I help move items for liability reasons. The home should be photo-ready upon photographer's arrival. While GingerSnap Photography & Video is mindful of composition and minor detailing, I will not accept responsibility for unwanted objects in photos. If home cannot be photo-ready and photographed within the allotted time, a $50 cancellation fine will apply, and the shoot will need to be rescheduled. Cancellations in the case of inclement weather, GingerSnap Photography & Video will determine if it will be a hindrance to producing a top quality product. If GingerSnap Photography & Video cancels the shoot and reschedules, there is no charge. There is also no charge for cancellations by client up to 12 hours before the shoot. However, $50 cancellation fee will apply if shoot is canceled by client within 12 hours before the time of the shoot; or if the photographer is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure all pets where there will be no interference with shoot.
Discounts
As we are from a family of law enforcement and military service, GingerSnap Photography & Video will give a 15% discount to all active and retired Police, Fire, and, Military customers. We also offer a discount if multiple shoots are reserved, i.e. if doing exterior drone photos and video of multiple homes, and they are reserved at same time.
